Camiros is a planning and zoning firm located in Chicago, Illinois. Camiros has worked with a diverse mix of communities ranging from small towns to large metropolitan areas and counties, including: New Orleans, Louisiana; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Baltimore, Maryland; Tredyffrin Township, Pennsylvania; Clark County (Las Vegas), Nevada; Norfolk, Virginia; Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County, Utah; Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona; Minneapolis, Duluth, and St. Cloud, Minnesota; and numerous Illinois communities.
Project Role: Camiros is researching and drafting sections of the UDO in collaboration with City staff. Camiros is also the prime consultant managing the work of the sub-consultants listed below.

Headquartered in Rochester, NY, Bergmann has 12 U.S. offices and 414 professional and technical staff featuring talented architects, engineers, planners, interior designers, landscape architects, programmers, developers, surveyors and 3D design specialists.
Project Role: Bergmann will provide 3D modeling, visualization, and analysis of proposed zoning and development standards as they’re considered and tested throughout the development of the UDO.
Wray Ward Creative Marketing offers four essential functions – insights, client engagement, connections and creative – that provide a continuous flow of ideas, engage audiences, drive brand experiences and create meaningful relationships between audiences and brands.
Project Role: Wray Ward is assisting with project branding (i.e. What Can UDO), project awareness, and communication as needed by the larger UDO team.
Parker Poe is a well-respected regional law firm in the United States. For more than a century, attorneys in the firm have represented many of the region’s largest local governments and companies in corporate, finance, regulatory, real estate and litigation matters. Parker Poe now has approximately 200 attorneys serving clients from seven offices in Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina; Charleston, Columbia, Greenville, and Spartanburg, South Carolina; and Atlanta, Georgia.
Project Role: Parker Poe will review draft UDO language and standards for compatibility with local, state, and federal laws.
The City of Charlotte team also receives outside expert real estate web design, marketing and communications support for the TOD Zoning Ordinance changes.
